League features: This league is a perfect fit for boys who are new to the game, or for those that have previous experience! All players will come in each Monday & Thursday evening for 20 minutes of professional skills training, followed by a 40 minute league game. Boys will play games on BOTH Monday & Thursday. Our highly trained staff will handle ALL skills training, and game management during our sessions. Our program will be run by Coach Griffin Shaw & Derren Burse. Both are former College players, and Coach Burse is a State Champion Head Coach. *Staff will include former & current college players * Teams will substitute 5 in & 5 out to ensure equal playing time for all players *Teams will be balanced and formed on our first day to ensure close competitive games *We have no scheduled practices during the week, and all training will be completed before our games for parent convenience *Man to Man defense *5 Man motion offense *End of Spring season playoff bracket style tournament *Brand new uniform top included *Teammate requests honored - Come see why Charlotte Magazine named Yes I Can Basketball "The Best of the Best!"

Our First day report time will be 7:30pm on Monday, March 25th at Myers Park High School. Plan on your son being in the gym for around 90 minutes the first evening! On this day we'll draft teams/honor teammate requests, hand out uniform tops and schedules, assign coaches, and begin teaching our motion offense.

For the following 7 sessions, boys will report each Monday & Thursday evening at 7:30pm for 20 minutes of professional skills training followed by a 40 minute league game. This report time will depend on which team your son is placed. Every effort will be made to honor all teammate requests - but not if the request causes our teams to be unbalanced.

Professional skills training will include - Ball handling, Shooting, passing, defense, rebounding, transition offense & defensive principals, motion offense, 1 on 1 moves & more!
