League features: *45 minutes of professional skills training will be followed by a 40 minute league game *Skill development will be lead by our experienced & trained staff members *Games played on an 8 foot basket with 27" basketballs * Teams will substitute 4 in 4 out to ensure equal playing time *Teams will be balanced to insure close competitive games *no scheduled practices during the week, all practices held before league games *man to man defense
