What: League #3 - Girls only (ages 11 - 14)
Where: Country Day Middle School - located at 5936 Green Rea Road Charlotte, NC 28226
When: 7 Saturdays - March 25th - May 20th (OFF 4/8 & 4/15) @ Either 9:00am, 10:30am, or Noon
All Dates - 3/25, 4/1, 4/22, 4/29, 5/6, 5/13, 5/20

League features: *Run by Middle School Superstar Coach David Milligan *40 minute games *Professional skills training by our paid staff members *Equal playing time *Balanced teams to ensure close competitive games *No scheduled practices during the week, all practices held before league games *Girl to girl defense *5 girl motion offense

First day report time will be 9:00am on Saturday, March 25th at Country Day Middle School. Plan on your daughter being in the gym for around 2 hours the first Saturday! On this day we'll draft teams/honor teammate requests, hand out uniform tops and schedules, assign coaches, and begin teaching our motion offense.

For the following 6 weeks, girls will report each Saturday morning either at 9:00am, 10:30am, or Noon for 40 minutes of professional skills training followed by a 40 minute league game - no scheduled practices during the school week, and all training completed before league games. Every effort will be made to honor all teammate requests - but not if request causes teams to be unbalanced. "friendship will not trump fairness"

Professional skills training will include - Ball handling, Shooting, passing, defense, rebounding, transition offense & defensive principals, motion offense, 1 on 1 moves & more!

FAQ: What if we cannot attend the first day evaluation?
No worries! Your daughter will be placed on a team, your schedule and roster will be emailed to you, and your daughter's jersey will be waiting for her at the gym next weekend!

Who will be training my daughter - coaching her?
Our site directors are carefully hand selected professionals that have impressive basketball experience - but also have the ability to teach and motivate young players. They will handle the instruction/drills each league day. We rely on parents to volunteer to coach the actual games. Positive spirited adults with a love of serving are encouraged to sign up to coach!
